Digital items successfully delivered to your game account are non-refundable. Always verify your Player ID and Server before completing your purchase.
1Post-Delivery Refunds
Given the instant nature of digital goods:
- ✗No refunds once items are credited to your game account
- ✗Digital items cannot be retrieved or reversed after delivery
- ✗Buyer's remorse after successful delivery is not eligible for refunds
2Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be processed under these circumstances:
- ✓Payment Charged, No Order: Payment processed but order not created
- ✓Delivery Failure: Items not delivered due to technical error (not user error)
- ✓Duplicate Charges: Charged multiple times for one order
- ✓Incorrect Package: Different package delivered than ordered
3Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be granted for:

- •Game account banned, suspended, or deleted post-purchase
- •Buyer's remorse after successful item delivery
- •Items used, traded, or gifted after receipt
- •Price drops or promotional differences post-purchase
4Wallet Refund Terms
Wallet balance considerations:
- •Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited
- •Balance can only be used for purchases, not withdrawal
- •Failed orders automatically refund to wallet within 24 hours
